Need a hand?
Useful answers to get the most out of ParkPulse, recover your data and report a problem.
Contact support
Describe what happened, the screen concerned and the result you expected. Give the version of ParkPulse and of iOS; a screenshot hiding your personal information can help.
Do not send an Apple or Disney password, a sign-in code, a pass barcode or a full backup. This page sends nothing automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to use ParkPulse?
No. The Apple account is used to recover your syncable data on several devices. Online features such as table searches do use a connection to the service, even without an account.
My data does not appear on my other iPhone
Check that both devices use the same Apple account, then open Trip → Account and synchronization and request a sync. If changes need to be reconciled, compare the two versions. Photos, attached files and restaurant alerts are not transferred by this sync. Before any major operation, export a backup.
How do I back up or delete my data?
Trip → Backup lets you export local data. Trip → Account and synchronization → Delete my account erases the account and the synced data from the server, but keeps the local copies. Restaurant alerts are managed separately in My alerts. For other server data, contact us with the installation identifier shown in the app’s help. Do not uninstall the app before noting this identifier if you need it.
A restaurant time cannot be booked
Availability changes quickly. An old time is explicitly flagged as unconfirmed. Check the date and the number of guests, then confirm with Disney. ParkPulse does not guarantee a table and does not make the booking. A pause in checks can come from the limits of the service; trying repeatedly does not speed it up.
I am not receiving my alert
Check that it is active for the right restaurant, the right date and the right group. In iOS Settings → Notifications → ParkPulse, allow notifications and check your Focus modes. An alert depends on a slot being detected and does not guarantee that it will still be available when you open it.
The map or my day does not match my position
Check ParkPulse’s location permission in iOS Settings. Without a confirmed position or a network, some information is old or limited. Wait times and recommendations are indicative: always follow the information and instructions given on site.
Group sharing no longer works
An invitation expires after 48 hours. Ask the person organising the group for a new invitation. The code gives access to the group; avoid publishing it or sending it to support.
Can ParkPulse change my Disney booking?
No. For a ticket, a payment or a booking made with Disney, use your confirmations and the official Disneyland Paris help centre. ParkPulse support covers how ParkPulse works.
