Frequently asked questions about ParkPulse
What people ask before downloading: what the app does, what it does not do, and what it knows about you.
The app
Is ParkPulse the official Disneyland Paris app?
No. ParkPulse is an independent app, neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Disney. It does not replace the park’s official app: tickets, bookings and virtual queues go through the official services.
How much does ParkPulse cost?
ParkPulse is free on the App Store, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
Which devices does it run on?
On iPhone, with iOS 18 or later. Widgets, a Live Activity and an Apple Watch app come with it. There is no Android version.
Which languages is it available in?
In French and in English.
Which parks are covered?
The two parks of Disneyland Paris: Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World. ParkPulse covers no other park.
Does ParkPulse exist for other parks, in the United States for example?
No. The ParkPulse on this site is an iPhone app devoted to Disneyland Paris, published by Christopher Hardeman. Other services use a similar name for American parks: they have no connection with this app.
In the park
Where do the wait times come from?
From public sources of park data, ThemeParks.wiki and Queue-Times, read continuously. These times are indicative: the information given on site prevails. All about wait times.
How does ParkPulse build my day?
From your group, your must-dos and the pace you want, then by rearranging it during the visit when a queue or the weather changes. The day planner in detail.
Can I book a restaurant from ParkPulse?
ParkPulse looks for free slots for your date and number of guests, and can alert you when a table opens up. The booking itself is completed with Disneyland Paris.
Does the app work without a network?
Partly. The map and practical services remain available, and the app shows the last known figure and says so. Live wait times and table searches need a connection.
What is the Halloween Quest?
A seasonal event in the app, from 26 September to 1 November 2026: five chapters to tick off in the park, and a badge to earn. The Halloween Quest, chapter by chapter.
Account and data
Do I need to create an account?
No. The main features are available without an account. Signing in with Apple is optional: it is used to sync your data between your devices.
What does ParkPulse do with my data?
The app contains no targeted advertising and no ad tracking, and your data is not sold. The detail, feature by feature, is in the privacy policy.
How do I contact support?
By email, at christo59@pm.me. The support page also answers the most common problems.
